1. General Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed by consumers via Grablystore and forms an integral part of our consumer information obligations under EU and German law.
We ship physical goods only and currently deliver exclusively within Germany.
2. Shipping Area
We deliver orders only within Germany.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Method & Carriers

Orders are shipped via standard shipping only.

We work with reputable shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipment tracking is provided for all orders, and a tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment and order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany.
5. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery within Germany usually takes 4–8 business days.
In accordance with EU consumer law, delivery will occur no later than 20 calendar days after conclusion of the contract, unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed with the customer.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the total order value and are clearly communicated before checkout:

Orders with a total value of €50 or more: free shipping

Orders with a total value below €50: €4 shipping fee
There are no additional shipping-related charges.
7. VAT Information
In accordance with §19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged or shown on our invoices.
8. Delivery Delays & Unsuccessful Delivery
If a delivery is delayed beyond the stated delivery time, customers may contact us to request information or, where legally applicable, exercise their statutory rights.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, any additional costs incurred may be charged to the customer where legally permissible.
9. Transfer of Risk
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.
